Chautauqua Healthcare Services' 211 I & R service is a collaborative effort of the I & R call centers throughout the State of Florida, plus other non-profit partners. For details on how your agency can become a member, please contact Panhandle211helpline@chhealthcare.org 

Chautauqua Healthcare Services' 211 staff will listen to your request and point you in the right direction. Inquiries may be made by people with disabilities, their family and friends, and members of the community at large. Human service agencies are also invited to request information to help their clients.
Our 211 staff collects information on a wide range of topics from a broad selection of sources, giving them a breadth of knowledge that people find helpful.
Some examples of ways we can assist you include:
Referral Categories Types of Referrals
Human Needs Resource Food pantries, clothing, rent assistance, emergency response, housing or shelter.
Physical and Mental Health Resources Medical info lines, crisis intervention services, support groups, counseling,drug and alcohol intervention, rehabilitation, health insurance, programs, Medicaid and Medicare, maternal health, children’s health insurance programs.
Employment Support Unemployment benefits, financial assistance, job training, transportation assistance, education programs.
Support for Older Americans and Persons with Disabilities Home health care,adult daycare, congregate meals, transportation, and homemaker services.
Support for Children, Youth, and Families Quality childcare, youth programs, after school programs, Head Start, family resource centers, summer camps, recreation programs, mentoring, tutoring, protective services.
Volunteer Opportunities and Donations Various community and local organizations.
